By accessing or making a purchase through www.vishvamexports.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General:

This website is managed by Vishvam Exports, the registered owner of the Pranava Spices brand.
By visiting or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy and Shipping Policies.
Vishvam Exports reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Products & Pricing:

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise.
Product images and descriptions are for representation purposes; minor variations may occur due to natural differences or updates in packaging.
We reserve the right to update prices, modify products, or discontinue items without prior notice.

For export orders, prices may vary based on order size, documentation, freight mode, and destination duties.

Orders & Payments:

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
Vishvam Exports reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payments made via online gateways are processed securely; we do not store any card or payment information.

For international/export orders, payments must be made through approved banking channels (advance payment or LC), as mutually agreed upon.

Shipping & Delivery:

Domestic Orders (India):

Shipments are handled through reputed courier services.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹2000 (not applicable for bulk or discounted orders).
Once dispatched, Vishvam Exports is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage during transit, though we will assist in coordination with the courier if required.

Export Orders (Outside India):

International shipments are made through air or sea freight using trusted logistics partners.
All export orders are subject to customs clearance, local import laws, and duties/taxes of the destination country.
The buyer/importer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations and paying any applicable customs duties or clearance fees.
Once goods are shipped from India, Vishvam Exports bears no responsibility for customs delays, confiscation, or regulatory issues.
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon dispatch, as per the agreed Incoterms.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds:

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Share the details on the particular refund form or WhatsApp us at +91 8810267401
If approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not applicable for export shipments after dispatch.

Bulk & Urgent Orders:

For wholesale, bulk, or urgent shipments, customers can contact us directly through official communication channels.
Shipping mode, timelines, and payment terms will be mutually decided before order confirmation.

Intellectual Property & Limited License:

All materials on this website—including text, product images, graphics, and packaging designs—are the intellectual property of Vishvam Exports (Pranava Spices) and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials (such as product photos or brochures) from the Pranava Spices website for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only.
This is a license grant, not a transfer of ownership, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;

  • Use the materials for any commercial or public purpose;

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any materials on the website;

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notations;

  • Transfer materials to another person or “mirror” them on another server.

Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action by Vishvam Exports as per applicable Indian laws.

Export Compliance & Importer Responsibility:

All exports from Vishvam Exports comply with applicable Indian export and customs laws.
Importers are solely responsible for ensuring that imported goods meet their local country’s customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Any penalties, delays, or confiscations at the destination country’s customs shall be borne entirely by the importer.

Limitation of Liability:

hile every effort is made to maintain product quality and timely delivery, Vishvam Exports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

  • Product misuse or spoilage;

  • Courier or freight delays;

  • Customs or clearance issues;

  • Force majeure events (such as weather, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions).

Our responsibility ceases once goods are handed over to the courier or logistics provider.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes or claims shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
