Standard Courier Delivery:
All orders are shipped through reputed and reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your order weight and destination at checkout ensuring fair costs.

Most deliveries reach customers within 3–7 business days (Domestic), depending on the location.

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹2000 (not applicable on discounted or bulk orders).
Bulk and Urgent Orders:
For wholesale, bulk, or time-sensitive shipments, we arrange delivery through trusted transport or logistics partners.

Delivery Guidelines
Once an order has been dispatched, Pranava Spices cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier’s network, regional conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
If you experience a delay or issue with your parcel, we will assist you by contacting the courier partner; however, final responsibility lies with the shipping provider.
In the case of damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted as per courier policy.
Return & Redelivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the parcel will return to our facility.
Redelivery can be arranged once the parcel is received back. Additional courier charges will apply for re-shipment and be borne by customer.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in packaging and dispatching, Pranava Spices is not liable for courier delays, transit damages, theft, or loss after dispatch.
All such claims are subject to the courier’s policies and procedures.
Our role is limited to facilitating communication with the courier on your behalf.
