At Vishvam (Pranava Spices), we take utmost care to ensure that every spice you receive is fresh, hygienically packed, and true to our quality standards.
Because our products are consumable food items, we follow strict hygiene regulations, and therefore returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Absolute Bar on Post Delivery Claims
Once delivery is accepted, no requests of any nature shall be entertained.
This includes but is not limited to claims relating to:

Product quality, freshness, or safety

Packaging integrity or seal condition

Taste, aroma, texture, color, or appearance

Quantity, weight, or content variation
-
Manufacturing or handling concerns

Transit related damage or courier handling

Delayed delivery or environmental exposure
Any issue identified after opening the package or after the time of delivery acceptance is deemed outside the scope of review
Binding Nature of Delivery Acceptance

Delivery of an order is deemed complete once the shipment is accepted at the delivery address provided at the time of checkout.

Acceptance includes physical receipt by the customer, household member, office staff, security personnel, building reception, neighbor, or any individual authorized or deemed authorized to receive the shipment on behalf of the customer.

Once delivery is accepted, the order is conclusively presumed to have been delivered in satisfactory condition and in full compliance with the order placed.

Customers are solely responsible for inspecting the outer package and visible condition of the product at the time of delivery.

If any visible concern exists, including damage, leakage, tampering, or mismatch, the shipment must be refused at the point of delivery.

Failure to refuse delivery at that time shall be treated as confirmation that the shipment was received without defect or discrepancy.

Claims raised after acceptance, irrespective of supporting photos, videos, or statements, shall not be considered.
This presumption is final and binding.
Export Orders No Refund No Return

All international and export orders are strictly final and non refundable under all circumstances.

Once an export order is dispatched from India, the sale is deemed complete.

No claims shall be accepted for issues arising from customs inspection, clearance procedures, duties, taxes, regulatory compliance of the destination country, transit duration, temperature variation, courier handling, seizure, delay, rejection, or abandonment.

The customer bears sole responsibility for understanding and complying with import regulations applicable in the destination country.

No refund, return, replacement, or credit shall be issued for export orders under any condition.
Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted as products are freshly packed per order.

If approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 10-12 working days.
Vishvam reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, payment verification failure, or logistical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Customer Responsibility and Acknowledgement:

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that delivery details are accurate and that they understand and agree to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

Acceptance of delivery constitutes unconditional acknowledgement that the product was received in acceptable condition and that the transaction is complete.

No return, replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, adjustment, or compensation shall be issued once delivery is completed.
Damaged or Missing Shipments:
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged upon delivery:

In case the issue is discovered post-delivery, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
While we assist with courier claims, Vishvam cannot be held responsible for courier negligence or transit-related damages.

In case of disputes, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all delivery details are accurate and complete.

The customer further acknowledges that packaged food products are subject to natural variations and external handling conditions beyond the point of dispatch.

Acceptance of delivery constitutes full satisfaction with the condition of the goods received and an explicit waiver of any right to raise claims thereafter.

This policy supersedes any verbal communication, email correspondence, or third party courier statements.
