Overview — What This Policy Covers
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions made through www.vishvamexports.com, including:

Healing sessions, consultations, and coaching appointments

Subscription-based wellness plans (Pratham, Sadhana, Uday, Pragati, Moksha, Kavach)
-
Physical products — crystals, sacred stones, and related items
-
Digital products — healing guides, numerology reports, and digital downloads

Workshop and event bookings
1. Sessions & Consultation Appointments
Vishvam invests significant preparation time before every session. Our cancellation policy exists to respect Raaj Chommal's time and to ensure availability for all clients.
1.1 Cancellation by You
The following cancellation terms apply to all individual session bookings:
48+ HOURS BEFORE SESSION

✓ Full refund OR free rescheduling — your choice.

✓ Rescheduling must be to a date within 30 days of the original appointment.
24 TO 48 HOURS BEFORE SESSION
-
✓ Free rescheduling to another available slot within 30 days.
-
✗ 50% of the session fee is non-refundable if you choose a cash refund.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE SESSION / NO-SHOW
-
✗ 100% of the session fee is forfeited. No refund.
-
✗ No rescheduling will be offered.
-
✗ This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
1.2 Rescheduling
Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. A rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Further rescheduling requests beyond two instances will not be accommodated and the session fee will be forfeited.
1.3 Cancellation by Vishvam
In the rare event that Vishvam cancels or reschedules a confirmed session:

✓ You will be offered a full refund OR a free rescheduling to a date of your choice.

✓ Vishvam will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
-
✓ Refund, if chosen, will be processed within 7 working days.
Vishvam shall not be liable for any additional compensation, loss, or inconvenience arising from a session cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
1.4 Distance / Online Sessions
For online sessions, if the session is disrupted due to a technical issue on Vishvam's side, a replacement session of equivalent duration will be offered. If disruption occurs due to the client's connectivity or device issues, no refund or replacement will be provided.
2. One-Time Session Packs
The following applies to Vishvam's one-time packs — Pratham (The First Light) and Kavach (The Crisis Shield):
BEFORE ANY SESSION IS BOOKED

✓ Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no session has been booked or scheduled.
AFTER A SESSION IS BOOKED OR CONFIRMED

✗ Non-refundable. The session fee is fully forfeited.

✗ No transfer of sessions to another person is permitted.
VALIDITY
-
Pratham Pack: Valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after 30 days with no refund.

Kavach Pack: Valid for 14 days from date of purchase. All 3 sessions must be completed within 14 days.
Expiry of sessions due to inaction or rescheduling failure on the client's part does not entitle a refund.
3. Subscription Plans
The following applies to recurring subscription plans — Sadhana (Monthly), Uday (Quarterly), Pragati (Half-Yearly), and Moksha (Yearly):
3.1 Free Trial (Where Applicable)

Sadhana Monthly Plan: 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends — no charge.

Moksha Yearly Plan: 30-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends — no charge.
Once the free trial period expires, the subscription fee becomes due and non-refundable for that billing cycle.
3.2 Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The following applies:

✓ Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
-
✓ You retain full access to your plan benefits until the billing period ends.
-
✗ No pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

✗ Sessions unused within a billing cycle do not carry forward to the next cycle and are forfeited.
-
✗ Setup fees (where applicable) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.3 How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your subscription, you must notify Vishvam in writing by email to [Insert email] at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect from the following billing cycle.
3.4 Suspension & Termination by Vishvam
Vishvam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if:

Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of the due date.

You breach these Terms or our Terms & Conditions.
-
Your conduct is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Vishvam or its staff.
In cases of suspension due to non-payment, no refund will be issued for sessions missed during the suspension period. In cases of termination due to breach of Terms, no refund will be issued.
4. Physical Products — Crystals & Sacred Stones
All physical products are carefully inspected and energetically cleansed before dispatch. We take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.
4.1 Eligibility for Return
You may request a return and refund for a physical product only if:

✓ The product arrives damaged or defective — photographic or video evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
-
✓ The product received is materially different from what was described or shown on the Website.
To initiate a return, email [Insert email] with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Items Not Eligible for Return

✗ Change of mind after purchase.

✗ Products that have been used, worn, or handled extensively.

✗ Products that have been energetically cleansed, charged, or programmed by the buyer.

✗ Products with damaged, missing, or discarded original packaging.

✗ Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

✗ Custom or personalised crystal selections made based on a consultation.
4.3 Return Process
If your return is approved:

You will receive a return authorisation and return address by email.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of return approval.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to Vishvam's error.

Vishvam is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier service.
4.4 Refund for Physical Products
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

✓ If approved: Refund processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

✗ If rejected (product found to be used or ineligible): Item returned to you at your cost. No refund issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Digital Products — Guides, Reports & Downloads
In accordance with Section 18(4) of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, digital goods are exempt from the standard return and refund policy once they have been accessed or downloaded.
All digital products — including numerology reports, healing guides, digital downloads, and e-books — are:

✗ Non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your registered email address.

✗ Non-transferable to another person.

✗ Not eligible for exchange.
If you have not yet accessed or downloaded a digital product and wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested within this window may be honoured at Vishvam's sole discretion.
We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchase. If you have questions before buying, please contact us — we are happy to help.
6. Workshops, Group Sessions & Events
The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all workshops, group healing sessions, and events:
CANCELLATION 7+ DAYS BEFORE EVENT

✓ Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
CANCELLATION 3 TO 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT

✓ 50% refund.
-
✗ No rescheduling to another event date.
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE EVENT / NO-SHOW

✗ No refund. Full fee forfeited.
Vishvam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop or event due to insufficient registrations, speaker unavailability, or force majeure. In such cases, registered participants will be offered:

✓ A full refund, OR
-
✓ A transfer of their registration to the next available date.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are subject to the following:
REFUND METHOD

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Vishvam does not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or to a different payment method.
REFUND TIMELINE
-
Session cancellations (eligible): 7 working days.
-
Physical product returns (approved): 14 working days after receipt of returned item.
-
Subscription cancellations (eligible): 7 working days.
-
Other refunds: 14 working days from approval.
Vishvam is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway. If your refund has not appeared after the stated period, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Vishvam recognises that genuine emergencies arise. In cases of documented medical emergency, bereavement, or natural disaster, we may at our sole discretion offer:

✓ A session credit valid for 60 days.
-
✓ A one-time free rescheduling outside the standard policy.
Exceptional circumstances must be communicated to Vishvam in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled session, accompanied by relevant documentation where applicable (e.g. medical certificate, death certificate). Vishvam's decision in such cases is final.
Exceptional circumstance accommodations are a goodwill gesture and do not constitute a waiver of this policy or a precedent for future requests.
9. Your Rights Under Indian Consumer Law
This policy is designed to be compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. As a consumer, you have the right to:

✓ File a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) — Toll Free: 1800-11-4000.

✓ File a complaint on the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment Centre (CORE) at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

✓ Approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Commission, or National Commission as applicable.
