How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website — www.vishvamexports.com.
Simply add your preferred spices to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment securely.

Can I order in bulk or for export?

Yes! We handle both domestic bulk and international export orders.
Please reach out to connect.vishvam@gmail.com for export documentation, pricing, or trade inquiries.

What happens after I place an order?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and invoice.
After dispatch, you’ll also receive a tracking ID to follow your shipment.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us at connect.vishvam@gmail.com with your order ID and the requested changes.
Once dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Please contact connect.vishvam@gmail.com with your order details for cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • UPI and Net Banking

  • Razorpay Secure Payment Gateway

  • For international customers: SWIFT/TT Bank Transfers

All transactions are processed through secure channels compliant with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

Sometimes banks take 24–48 hours to reverse failed payments.
If your amount isn’t auto-refunded within 2 business days, please email connect.vishvam@gmail.com with your payment proof.

How will I receive my invoice?

A tax invoice is automatically emailed once your payment is successful.
Export customers will also receive Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading if applicable.

What if I didn’t get a confirmation email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at connect.vishvam@gmail.com with your name and order details.

Can I order without creating an account?

Check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at connect.vishvam@gmail.com with your name and order details.

My order shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

Please check with your building’s security, front desk, or neighbors.
If still not received, contact the courier using your tracking number.
If unresolved, reach out to connect.vishvam@gmail.com within 24 hours of the “Delivered” update.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete — what do I do?

Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incomplete package within 24 hours of delivery to connect.vishvam@gmail.com.
Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

What happens if a product goes out of stock after I place my order?

If an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, we’ll notify you.
You can choose a replacement or request a full refund within 10 working days.

How long will delivery take?

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and destination country)

We only work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or customs issues.
We will keep you informed via email or WhatsApp updates.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we deliver Pan-India through verified logistics partners.
Remote locations may take slightly longer for delivery.
